What is Brain-Based Training?
It's a systematic approach rooted in neurophysiology. A system that assesses your nervous system to provide personalized interventions based on your brain.
These tests aren't high-tech or expensive. They are assessments that can be done anywhere and anytime. This is why we call them functional tests.
After we learn from your tests, we use practical tools like breathing exercises, joint mobility drills, strength training, vision exercises, and vestibular training. These drills are chosen based on how they activate the specific brain areas we identified in the tests, helping you optimize your brain function so you can have more resources to achieve your professional and personal goals.
